The ideal ppm (parts per million) concentration of colloidal silver can vary depending on the application. For external applications, a concentration of 5 to 10 ppm is often sufficient, while a lower concentration of 1 to 5 ppm is recommended for internal applications. From experience, for example, we apply 25ppm colloidal silver once to twice daily for conjunctivitis or heavy discharge or red inflamed eyes.
